標準規格を巡っては、世界各国の裁判所や行政機関において、特許法および競争法上の諸問題が審理判断されてきました。 本講演会では、標準化および知的財産法の国際的権威であるジョージ・L・コントレラス教授（米国ユタ大学）が、北米、欧州およびアジアにおける特許法・競争法紛争を概観し、各国の異なる裁判所や行政機関において共通するテーマを明らかにします。
Prof. Jorge L. Contreras, a leading international authority on standardization and intellectual property, will present an overview of patent and competition disputes in North America, Europe and Asia, identifying common themes among different national tribunals and agencies.
